Sandjay - operator coated

For 25 years, Sandjay is a familiar face at Delicia. What started as a temporary employment via a contracted agency, grew into a versatile role at Delicia as operator in the coated division. Together with his colleagues he works among others on improving production processes and standardizing ways of working. He directs colleagues, helps onboarding new colleagues and with pleasure takes the lead on the workplace. “I still enjoy going to work every day,” he says with a smile. “The great colleagues, short lines of communication and direct contact make Delicia a place where I really feel at home."

Jennifer - operator choco

Jennifer has been working at Delicia since 2021. “A friend told me about the company, and from day one I felt welcome.” As an operator, she contributes every day to keeping production running smoothly and supports her colleagues wherever needed. “What makes my job extra fun is, of course, working with chocolate,” she says with a smile. “But what truly makes me happy is feeling at home at work and having such great colleagues around me.”
