Quality

Enjoy without worries

Working with chocolate is fun but only when it's done right. That's why quality isn't an afterthought for us, but the foundation. Everything revolves around four words: safety, hygiene, quality and reliability. And they're everywhere: in every chocolate vermicelli, every piece of chocolate, every package.

We operate under a strict Supplier Code. Every raw material that comes in is thoroughly checked - for risks, allergens, quality. The same goes for our own processes: we'd rather check three times too often than once too little. Everything that leaves our premises must be top quality. Because it will soon be on the shelves of leading brands or in people's homes.

Stay sharp together

For us, quality is not just a department, it is a mindset. Everyone at Delicia is responsible for their workplace. Through our internal programme, - which focuses on the following characteristics: Ownership, Transparency, Heart, Development and Collaboration – we encourage each other to stay sharp. Better today than yesterday. And better tomorrow than today.

Checked and certified

External eyes? We are happy to let them take a look. We are regularly audited, including by the British Retail Consortium – with success. We also comply with all HACCP guidelines, which are fully integrated into our processes. And since 2024, we have combined our production controls and product specifications into one smart system. Fewer errors. Less stress.

No risk of risks

New risks? You can't always see them coming. That's why we remain alert. Following rules is important, but we often set the bar even higher. Because we make products that people eat. There can be no compromises. And so our goal is clear: zero risk. Always. Together.
